RS10 Project: Project "Jugnu" Firefly
•Conducting awareness campaigns on consequence of drink driving in colonies through Posters, Leaflets, Banners, Street Plays and Public Meetings.
•Involve special interest groups like traffic police, leaders of community-based organizations, religious and political leaders of the area and management of private sector enterprises where they work.
•Besides the awareness campaigns, we put high quality reflectors on all NMVs in these colonies covering approximately 6,000 NMVs in both the colonies. This would be an incentive to the NMV users for listening to us. It would first of its kind activity where all NMVs of these colonies are covered.
•Propagate the media agencies to highlight these campaigns as only residents of these two colonies would standout like fireflies when on the road.
