The store was sold to Farm Fresh in December 1988, who converted it to a The Grocery Store on March 22nd, 1989 and a Rack & Sack on April 30th, 1994, which closed on December 30th, 2000; additionally, a Drug Emporium was added to the store on November 5th, 1995, which was originally located here. Outside signage was replaced in 2015 and the building was repainted in 2019. Part of the space became an Academy Sports + Outdoors on May 12th, 2025.
