This was originally part of a Sears, which opened on May 22nd, 1969 and closed on October 21st, 1978.
Suite 202-A became a Carvel Ice Cream in July 1980, Pandy's Peanuts in 1982, The Barber & Beauty Shop of Williamsburg in January 1984, Beautiful Brows by Annie in 2013, which relocated here in 2015, and Great Clips on January 18th, 2020.
Suite 200-B became The Sassy Fox in August 1979, which was destroyed by a fire on December 18th, 1979, reopened in June 1980, and closed in spring 1982. It became Iron Bound Fitness Center in March 1983, Pet World in fall 1984, which closed in 2007, Plan 9 Music in 2008 (originally located here), which closed in February 2010, Supreme Styles Beauty Supplies in 2011 (originally located here), which relocated here in June 2016, and Bonanza on December 12th, 2019.
