This was originally part of a Rices Nachmans, which opened in winter 1981 and closed on February 2nd, 1985. It became a Hess's on February 23th, 1985, which closed on March 30th, 1991. The building was divided up into four tenants in 1992; one part of this store became a The Limited, which was originally located here. It relocated here in the 2000s. Express opened sometime in the 1990s and expanded after The Limited's departure. The storefront was redone in the early 2020s.
