The shopping center was originally built with six tenants between 1958-1960. The majority of the center was built as part of an expansion in 1982.

 

Previous tenants of the shopping center, whose exact space occupied I haven't been able to determine:

*Buck's Stove (opened in the late 1970s)

*Colonial Coin & Gift Shop (opened late 1970s)

*Jackson's Record Shop (opened in June 1979)

*Lil' Lori consignment shop (opened March 1990)

*Mid-County Paint & Décor (opened August 1997)

*The Parent-Teacher Connection

*One Stop Fishing Center (opened in summer 1987)

*Penny Pincher, Inc. (operated in the 70s)

*Rappahannock Community College operated a temporary campus here from summer 1995-1997

*Turlington's Jewelers (opened in March 1967)

*Weepoles consignment shop (opened July 2005)
