At last, here's a video of the Greenbrier-area Chuck E. Cheese's photo ride! Actually, that first part is irrelevant, as the ride no longer dispenses photos; not sure the reason why, but I'm sure it has something to do with the age of the thing. While this particular one may have been a later fabrication, it appears that the design itself dates back to fall 1993-winter 1994. That's my guestimate due to the characters' voice actors here being the same ones used during the January 1994 show: Duncan Brannan with his earliest interpretation of Chuck E. featuring a raspier, thicker New Jersey accent, Mr. Munch also being voiced by him, Bob West voicing Jasper and Pasqually (he was most notably the original Barney the dinosaur, and having been a kid raised on Barney I can definitely hear the same vocal inflections in these two characters), and Karisa McKinney as Helen. After that show the CEC entertainment department outsourced their productions to Disney up until summer 1996, and it was there that West and McKinney were dropped for a while, another actor took over for Munch, and Brannan softened Chuck E.'s voice a little by dropping the rasp, though the accent was still much thicker compared to how he'd begin to sound in the late 1990s.
UPDATE: I visited this location later this year on November 17th. This photo ride has been replaced with the newer variation featuring Rockstar Chuck E. Glad I documented the old one while I could!
