This restaurant opened in January 2018; it was built in 1964. Golden Skillet was the earliest tenant I know of existing here, but I'm pretty sure they weren't the original. The building later became Bon Air Cleaners (as seen (and until the later 2000s the skillet sign was still intact as seen here with the skillet sign still intact), which closed in 2008 and became David's Beach Pharmacy on December 29th, 2010, which relocated to a new store nearby in March 2016.
