This was a little family owned-and-operated corner mart that appears to have opened sometime in the early 1940s, maybe even the late 30s (the house behind it, which is a part of the same property, was constructed in 1948). It closed sometime in the 1980s. Whoever owns the building now appears to be using it as storage, judging by the multiple filing cabinets I could see inside (I wasn't able to get any through-the-window shots, though, since the windows had screens).
