Space 5304 was previously Advanced Nutrition, which opened in November 1995 and was originally located here. It became Audio Visual Solutions on August 15th, 2002, which re-located here in 2010.
The karate studio opened in winter 2017; it was originally an Adams Shoes, which opened in fall 1986 and closed on August 30th, 2014.
