Space 5316 was previously PowerHouse Bicycle Shop, which opened in the late 1980s and closed in 1993. It became Advanced Nutrition in July 1994, which relocated here in November 1995.
Space 5314 was previously NutriSystem Weight Loss Center, which opened in the late 1980s. It became Professional Therapy Services Inc. in the early 1990s and Virginia Academy of Massage Therapy in the late 1990s, which closed in December 2001.
Space 5312 was previously C&H Sporting Goods, which opened in January 1989 and closed in August 1992. It became Okinwater US Karate in 1994.
Space 5310 was originally Danny's Delicatessen, which opened in early 1987. It became Mark's Delicatessen in fall 1989, Oh Neal's Deli in 1996, Kelsey's Delicatessen on May 2th, 1998 (which relocated here in spring 2008) and Parrot Bay Café in 2009. The senior center expanded into the space in 2011.
