This location opened in 2005; it was originally a Burger King, which was built and opened in 1983 and closed in 2002. On May 4th, 2014 the building was totaled by a fire, and what remained was demolished shortly after. The laundromat was rebuilt in 2015 and rebuilt that fall.
The road sign in this photo was not the one used by BK; they had a super tall road sign closer to Seldendale Drive.
