Lee's was originally a Wellworth Cleaners, which opened in October 1986.
Insurance Solutions opened in 2007 and became Lorena's Boutique in 2011.
FMB opened in the mid 2000s; it was originally Fran's Florist, which opened in 1987. It became a Geico in 1993, which relocated here in September 2001 (both places might have operated out of tenant 12789 as well, since I can't find any info about occupants prior to 2007).
