Often mistaken for the Kremlin, thanks to countless American 80's movies, The Church of St Basil the Blessed is nearly 450 years old and was commissioned by Ivan the Terrible.
This was the longest build for the Wonders of the World exhibition, taking designer and builder Mark Curnow just over 320 hours and just under 72,000 bricks to build!
The Church features 9 uniquely patterned onion domes in 4 different sizes that Mark built by adapting the Lowell Sphere technique.
