Rosette Nebula
Rosette Nebula is a H-II region in Monoceros. It has twice the diameter of the Moon, but too dim to be seen at naked eye. These are 45 minutes of exposure, with bad guiding. I had trouble understanding the ASIAIR 2.0 app's new interface, and I messed up declination guiding. BlurXTerminator to the rescue! Now stars are almost perfectly round and the nebula details are sharp. I'm in awe with this PixInsight plugin.
Mount: SkyWatcher NEQ6.
Camera: ASI2600MM.
Telescope: Celestron RASA8.
Guiding camera: ASI290MM.
Guiding telescope: 30mm f/4.
Exposition: 45 x 60s.
Capture software: ASIAIR.
Proccessed with PixInsight.
Location: Gran Canaria, Spain.
