MINDELO, Cape Verde, (Jan. 10, 2013) -- Chief Warrant Officer 4 Ronald McMiller and Military Sealift Command (MSC) mariners conduct a helo firefighting drill aboard the High-Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) during an inport training period in Cape Verde as part of Africa Partnership Station (APS) 2013.
