I spent about three hours in photoshop on this image.

 

The retouching process included the following:

 

removing blemishes

removing stray hairs

reshaping jaw, neck, eyes, nose and mouth

adding contrast, color and sharpness

adding detail and color to the eyes

masking out her hair, neck and ear

....etc.... + much much more.
