Ginger´s Paradise Farm, Bolivia

Ginger's Paradise is a small farm and hostel located halfway between Samaipata and Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I spent 10 amazing days here. Ran by an incredibly friendly, open family. The food is all vegetarian and was hands down the best food i've enjoyed so far in south america. the grow everything except flour for the breads (which are also amazing!).
