Morro Peak
Morro Peak is a very popular area for birding, hiking, and rock climbing. It is considered a challenging route, with 5.5-km out-and-back trail near Jasper, Alberta.
There is slippery and steep sections, requiring scrambling and sturdy shoes, difficult short but steep hike, steep inclines, technical scrambles, and loose rock near the top. Dry and no snow in September, steep sections with loose scree, need to scramble some sections.
