Lake Josephine is a little lake just west of Swiftcurrent lake Near Swiftcurrent, Montana at Many Glacier. This amazing hike is 15kms from Swiftcurrent. The trail is along the lake, untouched nature, mountains as backdrop. Bear spray is a must to walk along the trail, almost no people, no cell signal, apple music on all the time to make noise to scare the bears during the hiking. At the end of the lake, the quietness of the lake made the perfect reflections of the mountains… Keep an eye out for moose at the head of the lake and mountain goats, bighorn sheep and the occasional bear in the hillside above…Bear is lucky to have this nature in his home 😉
