Pedestrian and non-motorised underpass

It's a pedestrian underpass through the sprawling Shanghai Railway Station, also allowing bicycles to pass through. The underpass is set up with many steps, on either side with ramps set up, and cyclists have to get off their bikes and push them up or down. This tunnel clearly states that scooters are not allowed, with many barriers set up at the entrances at both ends. However, a number of scooter riders managed to get through the barriers to cross the underpass, which would have shortened the journey by a lot.
