And with silent, gentle elegance she was gone...
The ease and grace with which she moved through her watery world was not only entrancing but threw into stark relief how we humans stumble and jerk our way through our own airy world...there's a lot to be said for teaching our children Tai Chi from an early age, it would certainly work wonders for backache and all the other aches and pains attributed to muscle tension and bad posture...as well as working wonders in relieving us of the stress and tension in our heads – the consequence? Better bodies, minds and souls, resulting in a better respect and understanding for the natural environment and therefore a chilled out world! Well, one can dream, eh! My back certainly does when I'm carrying my camera gear! :-)
