Pokemon Fanart - Hats & Glasses
As seen work in progress on my BLOG COLOR TUTORIAL!. I took a couple of months to get this picture off the ground. I keep completing easier ones around it like it didn't even exist. I’m glad I finally got a chance to jazz it up! So it’s obvious that hats are regulation in Team Rocket for the standards grunts to somewhat mask their identity… I seriously don’t think a hat is enough really (I like Galatics approach by issuing wigs to all of their grunts… because there is no way in heck they‘d hire only people with the same hair color…)
