No excuses and even though this is a ‘one off’ hand made dress, by a local seamstress, with no designer label in existence from some up-market store, sewn in China, Pakistan or Bangladesh and passed off as ‘designer’ that women flock to, to purchase, it is still just a frock and I feel fabulous. That’s my excuse and the reasoning is .... because I can.
