Edit: I occasionally have issues with ViewNX2, where a strip at the bottom of the photo will be a slightly different color/saturation after converting from RAW. I had this issue on the original version of this shot, but did the conversion late at night and didn't notice until the next day. Then I couldn't figure out how to get a JPEG without this strip; the RAW file version looks fine but every time I converted to JPEG the discolored strip at the bottom showed up. Very frustrating! Finally, I rotated the shot and converted it upside down (so the "discolored" part was in the black section) and then rotated it back in JPEG. Thus the re-upload. This was an effective work-around for this shot, but if anyone else has experienced this issue with ViewNX and knows how to fix it, I'd love some advice!
