Niagara Rapids

The waters from the Niagara Falls initially accumulates over a wide area that soon narrows down as the river continues to flow North en route to merging with the Great Lakes. At the point where the river narrows, for a stretch of a few miles, the river builds up into a furious "Category 6 Rapids". The force of the water over the years has washed away all dirt on the shores, leaving nothing but big rocks. Below are more pictures.
