The Kawah Ijen, is an Indonesia volcano located in East Java. Its name means "Green crater" in Javanese, because of a lake deemed to be the most acidic in the world.
The summit crater contains a solfatara from where miners extract sulfur in very hard conditions (their life expectancy is around 40 years).
