Gem Valley Farms

The drive across Gem Valley, Idaho is about ten miles through beautiful farmland. Potatoes, wheat, hay, canola, and probably more crops are grown out there. As pretty as this is, it is a difficult place to be in winter, with very low temperatures, lots of snow, and extreme winds that create huge drifts.
