Embroidery Owl 8" Hoop

The embroidery is done using a basic sewing machine fitted with a freehand embroidery foot. I sketch my owl, and freehand straight onto the fabric using black thread.

 

This piece is mounted on a 8"(21cm) embroidery hoop (made in Britain).

 

Ready to hang.

 

Each owl embroidery is unique due to the nature of freehand machine.
