Protest against construction destrying the forests north of Istanbul

Construction of megaprojects is destroying vast areas of forest, lakes, farmland and coastline north of Istanbul. This protest, on 7th May 2016 outside the Regional Forestry Directorate, was one of many held by Kuzey Ormanları Savunmasi (North Forest Defence)
