Raphael, Return to New York Print

I recently found this on eBay.

 

From the auction:

This awesome print was released in a collection of prints given to select attending retailers at the 1989 Capital City Second Annual Sales Conference. It is rumored that only 100 were made.

 

This is, of course, the first page of TMNT Vol. 1 #19, part 1 of Return to New York.
