The Friday of the Farnborough Airshow is Futures Day which is designed to encourage young people in the 11-21 age group into a career in Aerospace and Defence industry.
In July 2018 this saw around 20 visiting coaches which were parked on Queens Parade for the day including Emsworth & District of Southbourne Van Hool T917 Astron C54FT R60RUB. This coach was new to Eavesway of Ashton-in-Makerfield as YJ05PVY in 2005.
