Big Sur Bliss

I was hoping for incredible drifts of Lupine this year due to all the rain we received, but instead I only found a few solitary bushes. Despite the lack of flowers it is always amazing to be high up in the hills and mountains above Big Sur. I love Big Sur in all its seasons, but springtime has to be my favorite.
