At the ready

Appetizers ready for the guests to arrive. I made the cheese straws (see photo for recipe) and caramelized cashews with cayenne (see photo for recipe). The cheese is Manchego. I served both white (Matua's Sauvignon Blanc) and red (Estancia's Meritage - my new favorite wine).
