Into the unknown
This image, taken on January 1st, represents quite well the mixed feelings i have looking into 2019.
Being an optimist i tend to believe that this year will lead into something bright and positive, but there’s a dark cloud of concerns hanging over it all after 3 years in a row with unpleasant incidents:
In 2016 my wife almost passed away giving birth to our youngest daughter, one year later she had to go through another emergency surgery because of late complications.
In the beginning of 2018 i received a multiple sclerosis diagnosis which after 2 weeks of uncertainty and medical examinations was proven wrong.
I am still a strong believer in the concepts of self fulfilling prophecy and selective perception, so:
2019 will be a great year!
