Mobil Country Club located at 225 West Brokaw Rd. in San Jose,CA. There is no trace of the sprawling 45 acre complex which opened on June 19th 1960.
Note the "motel" was added to the property in the mid 1960s and like the mobile home park had been razed by the mid 1980s.
Its also worth noting that a handful of these "Mobil Country Clubs" were constructed in California far less than the "hundreds" of units planned soon after this location open.
