Mervyn's Department Store San Jose,CA
Mervyns Department Store located at 2855 Story Rd. in San Jose,CA. This store closed in 2005 and the property was purchased by The Home Depot which in 2008 had opened a new store on the site. On a recent visit past the site (June 2008) I noticed that Home Depot actually kept this old sign which is quite a rare thing to do, especially because it was outdated and would have provided additional space for parking.
Im quite happy with Home Depot for keeping this sign, its quite unlike them to do so.
