The sociable weaver (Philetairus socius).

These are the birds that "builds large, compound, community nests, a rarity among birds. These nests are perhaps the most spectacular structure built by any bird" (Wikipedia). The large nest hang on or under the tree. The sociable weaver is endemic to the Kalahari Desert in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana.
