Raju | Chittaurgarh

Raju, the waiter at the Maheshwari Hotel - a small eatery being run in a house in the main bazaar of Chittaurgarh, just like his attire comes across a man from the past. His mannerism in serving me was that of utter sincerity without a hint of insouciance that a city waiter will exhibit. I liked the old world hospitality of this modest place.
