Soul in Motion

I spent 8 lovely days in Connemara over the Autimn, hosting two back to back workshops. When I arrived at Derryclare Lough the fog and mist was all consuming and the island couldn't be seen, I waited and waited for the mist and fog to slowly recede and reveal the trees and island. A magical and surreal experience.
