Wild flower garden

The Historical Diving Society uses an old Air Raid Wardens bunker as a library. A local man, with the help of children, has turned the front border into a wildflower garden with the "Classic mix" seeds supplied by Pictorial Meadows.

The Classic mix includes:

Ammi majus

Centaurea cyanus

Delphinium ajacis

Atriplex hortensis

Coreopsis tinctoria

Escholzia californica

Unfortunately there are a few youth/louts who climb the fence and trample over the flowers when going behind the bunker for "kicks".
