I am not going to be a Pro.

From Tuesday, January 8, free users who have more than 1000 photos can not newly upload to Flickr.
From Tuesday February 5, we start deleting pictures of free users who have more than 1000 photos from the oldest ones. Deletion is continued until 1000 sheets are reached.
