The gold diggers of the gold street.

Dariba Kalan or the Gold Street is a narrow by lane in Old Delhi famous for every shop being a jewellery shop / mini gold workshop . The trash , from these workshops, thrown out in the sewage is worth something? The gold diggers come in the morning and silt though the sewage to look for gold. And they end up with as much as half a gram which is enough for them to get by.
