Flood-Fishing the Indus River

Fishermen, mostly kids, using hand-held nets in the flooded Indus Rivernear Sukkur, Pakistan. This method is common in regions where seasonal flooding alters fishing conditions. During floods, fish disperse widely, making traditional net fishing more challenging but also offering opportunities to catch species that may not be accessible otherwise.
