Pause Button Mod: Step 2.1

Prepare your wires by cutting one to create a stagger to offset the resistor. Remove about 1/4" of insulation from the ends of the wires, twist the cores and apply a small amount of solder to each.

 

Place a 1" long piece of heat-shrink tubing over your short wire and proceed to solder the wire on to the switch leads.
