Playing with the Sun
Back to Grunewald outside of Berlin, my partner (Mina) and I were walking our dog (Bobby) and I decided to bring the camera as forests are one of my favourite environments, the climate inside the forest was unusual, misty, humid and yet cold, so thus there were condensing water droplets on every branch, twig and bush everywhere you looked.
Now, word of advice, when you're in a forest or any environment, do not just use your eyes, listen to your mind, get a feel for the where the light is and isn't, both can be equal partners when going for the shot, listen to the voice of ideas in your head, let your third eye create the imagined image and then go for it with the technology in your hand. The sunlight was still peeking through the remaining leaves of the trees and presented a golden opportunity to use what there was for natural light, combining all the aforementioned elements and my guides whispering for me to "Play with the Sun" this was the result!
