Against the Odds
Finally my first photo of 2020, and quite unexpected it was as a freak snow shower happened here in Berlin today, my front garden (balcony) was covered, so as it was coming down I grabbed my machine and hurriedly snapped away. Sometimes shooting against grey can create a new an atmosphere all of its own ruling and I hope that's what has come out here.
Had to do some heavy post processing cos the background was a nightmare to keep the plant from falling into it. I hope it stands out without being too alienating to the rest of the tonality.
So now, I hope everyone is well and off to a great start, all the best and so as always, thank you! :)
