Psychedlic Washing Machine

This is the same view from the Jubilee Bridge looking towards the War Office. I rotated the camera in the lens holder during the exposure through about 90 degrees. Post processing very minimal consisting only of minor adjustment to contrast and levels in Adobe Camera Raw
