Knotted Stone Columm with Reclining Lioness?

Romanesque Detail on Church Portal, Collegiata, San Quirico d'Orcia, Tuscany. The four narrow columms are linked by the stone knot, all carved from one block of stone, as far as I could tell. I think this is a lioness because there is a reclining lion around the corner.
