Chocolate Truffle Cake
Not my best effort–truffle was not smooth enough for piping the decoration–but the taste is good.
Three flashes: camera left with SB800 on manual 1/2 power with 48" Photek umbrella; SB800 1/2.5 power camera right with 36" shoot-through umbrella; SB600 1/2.5 power back left (behind cake) with 24" umbrella. Nikon D300 set to manual:1/60 at f/9. Shot on a 4'x4' sheet of black acrylic.
