St. Bartholomews Church- Fingest

The large tower seems out of proportion to the tiny nave.. The twin gabled roof was added later. The tower once had eight bells but serval of them were lost to nearby Hambleden as a result of a card game between the two vicars.

Churches and other places of worship are currently closed due to the coronavirus. No indication yet as to when they will be allowed to open
